For more than a week now, I have been experiencing pain in the bottom of my right foot. I can think of any cause which triggered it. I’m a daily jogger and have often used the same types of running shoes for such activity since I began running a year ago. I’m also on my feet all day as a teacher in elementary school. At school though, I wear different types of shoes depending on the school dress code.

If not, you might want to look at your footwear. If you are often wearing shoes you’ve had for many years, they may not have sufficient cushioning.
