My husband and I have been buying shoes at Kintec for years. No one takes more of an interest in a proper fitting than your staff. So, it was only natural that we trusted the health of our 9 year old daughters feet to Kintec. She had always been an avid runner, with plans to do a 1/2 marathon in a year or two. Unfortunately, she would feel a ripping sensation in her feet during runs, and then even during walks. Conny, at the MAple Ridge store took all the time she needed to comfortably fit Hannah with a pair of Soles insoles and new runners to give her stability and support. No easy feat since Hannah has very long, slim feet. After a year of happy feet, it was decided that my daughter would need orthotics. We had them made by Kintec and my daughter is confident about her feet. She’s incredibly active and has a passion for basketball. Our thanks to Kintec for making sure she never missed a beat in any sport she has taken up.

Thanks Conni, we’ll be sure to pass on your story to Conny (with a “y”, LOL) in Maple Ridge. Thank you for your loyalty and glad we have made a difference for your whole family! 🙂

I went to Kintec after battling plantar fasciitis. I had to stop running and hiking and became very frustrated. Kintec set me up with orthotics and told me the type of shoes I needed to keep my feet healthy. Thanks to the help of Kintec, my feet are back to normal and I am feeling much better.

I have made many new & wonderful running friends at Kintec Port Moody. The knowledge and genuine interest of the staff is obvious and appreciated. The run clinic leaders are very supportive and inspiring with a very healthy competitive edge when it comes to races! Thanks Ermin & Port Moody Kintec!

I bought my first orthotics 12 years ago from Kintec after my doctor recommended it. I went from always having pain in my knees to being painless. After 5 or 6 years I needed a new pair and was recommended by a coworker to try another company for orthotics. I was disappointed. They didn’t have any computer analyses, and when I got my orthotics they didn’t have the support I was used to with Kintec orthotics. I now need another pair and will definitely go back to Kintec and get properly fitted

Been using Kintec Orthotics for years. Just got a new pair earlier this year, and although we had some major issues at first, we were able to have all the problems resolved quite quickly with the assistance of the attentive and easily available Kintec employees.

I was diagnosed with planter fasciitis about three years ago and highly recommended by our physician to have orthotics from Kintecs store. They have always catered to my special needs so I am comfortably walking and educated me how to relieve the inflamation. My husband was was diagnosed with tarsal tunnel syndrome, which is not very common in your feet. The Port Moody store fitted my husband with orthotics and shoes and educated him regarding his condition. Mitch especially was very knowledgeable when I went in on December 27th, 2012. My husband was unable to come in the store, but Mitch helped me to purchase shoes for myself and also shoes suited for my husband. We will continously purchase shoes from Kintecs, as their service is accomadating and educational. With the exception of Mitch taking the time to explain the quality and function of the shoes to me.

After having suffered foot and back problems for yrs. I finally broke down and purchased some orthodics. My wife and I go to Mexico every winter for a month and the cobblestone roads and sidewalks made it so painful I could hardly walk. This yr thanks to the orthodics Iam literally skipping along those walkways, pain free. They have made such a huge difference. Thanks to all the wonderful staff in the Surrey store for their help and their patience.

My son has one leg 3cm shorter than the other. We went to Kintec to see if they could help out until my son’s surgery. They helped us out by making a 2 cm lift. now my son does not have as much of a difference in his gait. Thank you so much.

Almost 8 years ago, when I first stumbled across running, I had no idea what I was doing, and was running in cross trainers, and after my first race, an 8km, I could not walk. I went into Kintec, and was fitted for orthotics, proper shoes, and had the best experience. I always recommend friends go see Kintec instead of a running store when it comes to figuring out what shoes/support system they need. That was my magical moment!

It’s a family experience! No feet too small. The Mason’s are no stranger to foot pain and lucky for us we were able to get thorough analysis, kind and friendly service, and much appreciated orthotic support. Kintec has made a big difference in the comfort of our lives. We also appreciate the “off the rack” merchandise as well such as insoles, Sole brand flip flops, and socks. I have often recommended Kintec to friends and colleagues that are having trouble finding good shoes and help with eliminating chronic pain. Thanks so much for ongoing, “magical” service.

I really liked the way that they took time with me and recommended , the type of shoe that would accommodate my arthritic toes. And they made sure that I had my shoes back on time after having a lift put on one so ,I had a pair of shoes to wear to work. Thanks All!

Have bought all my orthotics here. Staff always makes sure of the fit in my shoes before they let me go. Love how they stock unique styles of shoes. Fun just going in to check out what they’ve got:)

This would be the first time I have purchased orthotics through Kintec, previously I’ve had them made through podiatrists or my chiropractor. I was exceptionally pleased by the attentiveness of the staff member, who actually seemed to listen to my feedback on what worked, or what did not, on previous orthotics, and what I was wanting to achieve – the ability to walk, hike and be on my feet all day with good support. I feel very confident that Kintec will make sure that my feet are properly fitted and supported.

If walking and running pain free is magic, then Kintec is the Hogwarts of orthotics and shoes! My doctor sent me to Kintec years ago to help with plantar fasciitis. I bought the Strassburg sock, new runners and orthotics (they seem to be a better quality here) and have been walking and running pain free ever since. I’ve been able to comfortably run 2 half marathons as well as run whenever I need some stress relief which is pretty much daily. My wife and daughter have become regulars as well. Thanks guys!
