What health and safety measures have you adopted?

Your health and safety is our #1 priority. We have changed our store operations to provide the highest level of personalized service and safety protocols during your One2One appointment.

Our One2One safety standards include BC-wide recommendations: Covid-19 symptoms screening, physical distancing, limiting the number of customers allowed in stores, and increased sanitization for all surfaces and equipment between appointments.

Are your stores open? How do I find out about my local store?

Do I have to wear a mask?

All of our Pedorthists and Fitting Experts will be wearing masks. It is not mandatory to wear a mask. However, if you are able to wear one it is greatly appreciated.  If you cannot wear a mask we will be physically distancing.

What should I bring to my One2One appointment?

Please bring a pair of shorts or pants that can be easily rolled to your knees.

Can I bring my family to my One2One appointment?

As we are trying to limit the number of people in our stores we recommend coming alone to your appointment if possible. If multiple family members must attend one appointment, please ensure everyone stays within the designated appointment area of the store.

How long is a One2One appointment? And what does it include?

You will receive the undivided attention from a Kintec Fitting Expert during your 30 minute appointment.

Do I need to book a One2One appointment to try on footwear?

Yes. For all footwear, compression, and bracing fittings we ask that you book a One2One appointment. This allows our team enough time between customers to sanitize all surfaces, shoes, and equipment between appointments.

I have been referred from my doctor for custom orthotics. Should I book a One2One appointment?

No. For custom orthotics please book an Orthotic Assessment appointment here.
