Revolutionize Your Run

At The Run Centre, we are revolutionizing the run experience by merging the collective expertise of local veteran runners and human kinetics specialists.

We believe that by giving runners the insight to improve their ability, they’ll be able to see faster personal growth, share their knowledge with others, and improve their love of running.

Let’s learn together, sweat together, race together, and most importantly – enjoy the run.

The 4-Point Run Analysis

Everyone who comes through our door can receive a comprehensive 4-point Run Analysis with our experienced Movement Specialist. This process helps runners improve their technique and properly utilize the technology in today’s footwear.

1. Touch Down

Which part of your foot strikes the ground first? Heel or forefoot? The way your foot contacts the ground affects how the rest of your body responds to the weight of your stride.

3. Leg Swing

How much do you bend your knee before taking your next step? The more you bend your knees, the more you are able to use your hamstrings to reduce stress on your hips.

2. Weight Acceptance

How does each leg react independently under the increased pressure of your body while running? We measure how much your feet pronate (roll inward) and how much your knees track inward (knock-kneed) during your stride.

4. Step Rate

Changing step rate is a powerful way of adjusting how you position your legs while running. Adjusting your step rate (without changing speed) can have a significant effect on reducing load at your knees, hips, and lower back.
