1. How long have you known about Kintec?

I’ve been a Kintec customer for well over a decade!

2. How many times have you visited us before?

One or two times a year either to purchase new running shoes and or get my orthotics resurfaced!

3. What activities do you participate in?

A combination of Grouse Grinding, running and stair climbing 5 days a week!

4. Why did you visit us?

I required custom orthotics to address my VERY flat feet, as well as footwear for my activities. I'm participating in the Grind For Kids this year, and have done over 50 grinds this year!

5.  How did our team member work with you during your visit?

A detail analysis including video clearly showed me how my feet were working. Other visual aids also helped draw a complete the picture and provide context for the recommendations made.

6. What made this different from other experiences from other stores?

I felt that I was talking to a true expert, not a just a sales person. Somebody who has gone to school and understands the importance of proper footwear and support.

7. What did you end up with?

Orthotics, sandals and Hoka Mafate trail running shoes!

8. How do you like what you ended up with and how has it helped you to continue enjoying your activities?

I am very happy with what I am fitted with now, because I know my feet are taken care of. I can take each step added piece of mind.

I would 100% tell my friends and family about Kintec, and have in fact done so!

I am the founder of Grind For Kids which is in its second year. The program leverages the enthusiasm of the thousands of people in the Vancouver area that do the Grouse Grind on a regular basis to raise a mountain of money for BC Children's Hospital Foundation.

I am also an ambassador for the program along with other local business leaders and athletes.
