1. How long have you known about Kintec?

I’ve been a Kintec customer for about 4 years.

2. How many times have you visited us before?

I was introduced to Kintec by a member of your Street Team. Your Fitting Experts then showed me around the store, and even the custom orthotic fabrication facility in Surrey, and everything it had to offer.

3. What activities do you participate in?

Cheerleading (part of the Words All Stars team, and as a coach), basketball, running, golf, snowboarding. I'm also an actor on the TV Show, Hellcats.

4. Why did you visit us?

I was looking for a replacement for my previous orthotics, and also to keep my knee problems to a minimum.

5.  How did our team member work with you during your visit?

I was introduced to Jon Shepherd, one of your senior Pedorthists. He started out with an explanation of the processes that I would be going through to get all the measurements needed to make my custom orthotics, along with a video gait analysis.

6. What made this different from other experiences from other stores?

A very personalized service from start to finish. Every step was explained in detail and the staff were all very friendly. The personal touch is definitely different from my other store experiences.

7. What did you end up with?

Full length custom orthotics for my everyday shoes.

8. How do you like what you ended up with and how has it helped you to continue enjoying your activities?

I like the orthotics as they do give me more support than the previous so-called custom non-Kintec ones that I had. Only after coming to Kintec did I find that my old orthotics were not truly custom like the new Kintec ones that I have now.

Now I would just like a pair in each of my shoes so that I won't have to switch into many different shoes daily, depending on what activities I am doing! I'll be coming back for more in the near future!

9. What would you tell your friends and family if they ask about your positive experience at Kintec?

To definitely give them a visit because once you go into the store they will definitely take care of all of your needs.

10.  Any other comments or activities of interest that we can mention?

 The orthotics definitely help me last through long days. Whether it’s 16 hour days on set while filming, or a long practice or workout, without my orthotics I start to feel knee and leg pain within 30 minutes. I can’t imagine how awful life would be without these!
