1.    How long have you known about Kintec?

  • Since 2004 when I started getting serious about running.

2.    How many times have you visited us before?

  • 3 or 4 times for footwear and insoles.

3.    What activities do you participate in?

  • Running, working out, soccer, softball, snowboarding, hiking

4.    Why did you visit us?

  • Running shoes – I’ve had issues with shin splints, sore arches, and toenails that keep falling off after running long distances.

5.    How did our team member work with you during your visit?

  • He was extremely helpful, friendly, and was able to identify the source of my running problems.  I appreciated the time he spent to analyze my gait by having me run on a treadmill. - I knew I was being fitted with the right shoe.

 

6.    What made this different from other experiences from other stores?

  • It’s not really just about selling shoes – Kintec staff take customers’ needs into account and provide a thorough explanation of everything customers need to know about buying shoes.
  • A lot more technical expertise than any other store I’ve bought shoes from.

7.    What did you end up with?

  • Mizuno Enigmas most recently!

8.    How do you like what you ended up with and how has it helped you to continue enjoying your activities?

  • This new shoe fits me even better, and alleviates the toenail issue and discomfort that I’ve experienced with my previous running shoes purchased elsewhere.

 

9.    What would you tell your friends and family if they ask about your positive experience at Kintec?

  • I have recommended many of my running friends to visit Kintec… although many of them are already customers.

10. Any other comments or activities of interest that we can mention?

  • I didn’t just walk out with a pair of shoes; I walked out knowing more about my body, how to improve in running, and points to consider when buying shoes in the future.
