1. How long have you known about Kintec?

For many years…I first came into contact with the company when it was formerly known as Kintec Footlabs.

2. How many times have you visited us before?

I’ve visited the chain numerous times. The knowledge of the staff is second to none, and the service would make anyone want to keep coming back.

3. What activities do you participate in?

Does chasing my kids count?  That, plus hockey, bike riding and running (more on treadmills in the winter)

4. Why did you visit us?

Wanted to learn more about the video GAIT analysis as I’ve always walked on my toes, and was starting to get a lot more knee pain when playing ice hockey (goalie). I thought maybe custom orthotics could help.

5.  How did our team member work with you during your visit?

Very professional.  The entire process of analysis my arch to walking style, to video-monitoring my steps on the treadmill (Gait analysis) was incredible –the “bio feedback” really sets your business apart

6. What made this different from other experiences from other stores?

The experience and knowledge of the staff was the biggest difference. There's no other shoe store that operates quite like Kintec.

7. What did you end up with?

I ended up with a set of custom orthotics inserts – two pairs actually…one for my everyday use (office shoes / running shoes), and a second set for my goal skates. 

8. How do you like what you ended up with and how has it helped you to continue enjoying your activities?

The difference was immediate.  It sounds cliché, but my feet felt so much better.  I was able to run longer & faster on the treadmill, and noticed a huge difference in the knee-aches I had felt prior to the inserts

9. What would you tell your friends and family if they ask about your positive experience at Kintec?

I’d say they have to experience the process for themselves!  Anybody can sell you a pair of shoes…only a handful can do it properly, and spending so much time on my feet this was well worth the visit.
