1.    How long have you known about Kintec?
I have been a Kintec customer for about 3 years.

3.    What activities do you participate in?
I run frequently, play tennis, and hockey a couple of times a week. I also used to be a competitive swimmer for the UBC Thunderbirds Swim Team.

4.    Why did you visit us this time?
I was looking for insoles for my hockey skate because I was getting a lot of discomfort in my heels.

5.    How did our team member work with you during your visit?

She asked about the activities that I participated in, what my concerns were, and answered all of the questions that I had. She took the time to listen while I explained my needs.

6.    What made this different from other experiences from other stores?

The team member was very knowledgeable, she knew right away what I needed. The store was organized well and very nice.

7.    What did you end up with?

Blue SuperFeet for my hockey skates! The Fitting Expert helping me took the time to grind down the Superfeet so that they would fit perfectly into my narrower skates.

8.    How do you like what you ended up with and how has it helped you to continue enjoying your activities?

It has made a big difference in how my skates fit and perform. I feel more comfortable overall, and I am able to skate and play for longer durations.

9.    What would you tell your friends and family if they ask about your positive experience at Kintec?

I would say that if you need a footwear or insole solution for any activity you do regularly, you would have to go see someone at Kintec first!

10. Any other comments or activities of interest that we can mention?

I really appreciated the set-up of the store, and how it conveys a different focus for footwear.
