Hi,

I'm
Kelsie

Manager

I am the manager of Kintec Langley. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from SFU with certificates in Human Nutrition and Health & Fitness.

My favourite part about working at Kintec is meeting new people, educating them about their foot mechanics and helping them find the right products to make their activities and daily living more enjoyable. Helping people stay active on their feet is really important to keeping people happy and healthy.

Outside of work I like to do both road and trail running, yoga, hiking, and organizing spaces. I have ran 2 half marathons and hope to run another 3 or 4 in the next 5 years.

Hi,

I'm
Chelsea

Pedorthist

I am a Canadian-Board Certified Pedorthist. I graduated from University of the Fraser Valley in the Kinesiology program while playing on the varsity soccer team.

After experiencing many sports related injuries, I became interested in sports rehab and the actions an athlete can take to prevent injuries.

My favourite part about working at Kintec is giving people the tools they need to stay active on their feet, whether it be injury prevention or recovery. Outside of work, my main activities include soccer, snowboarding, and hiking.

Hi,

I'm Alex

Pedorthist

I am a Canadian Board Certified Pedorthist with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from SFU with certificates in Health and Fitness and Applied Human Nutrition.

I enjoy working at Kintec because it allows me to use my experience and knowledge to educate and treat people with foot and ankle conditions.  The most valuable part of my day is when I can help someone understand why they are having pain or disability and then work with them to help increase functionality as well as minimize pain.

When I’m not working, I am doing hot yoga, kayaking, hiking, skiing, running, and generally just playing outside!  I always love trying new activities and going for outdoor adventures.

Hi,

I'm Tom

Pedorthist

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University. I am also a Canadian Board Certified Pedorthist.

Being a part of the Kintec team has given me the opportunity to impact the lives of hundreds of people every year. I love helping people stand, walk, or run pain free when they didn’t think it was possible. My favourite part about working at Kintec is working with such great people, and seeing the difference I have made in a patient’s life when they come back to see me.

I enjoy a variety of sports and activities including baseball, camping, and hiking. I’m also a huge Canucks fan!

I am a 3rd year Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology student at Simon Fraser University majoring in Active Health and Rehabilitation. I am a member of the BC Association of Kinesiologists while holding a certificate in Fitness Theory with BC Recreation and Parks Association. I am also Sports Aid certified.

As a Fitting Expert here at Kintec, I enjoy fitting people into appropriate footwear whether it’s for leisure or pain management. Helping customers alleviate pain and discomfort from their lower limbs is the most rewarding part of my job; not to mention, providing all the help they need while building relationships of trust and assurance.

My passion is travelling to new places during my free time. I also enjoy taking my dog to parks and spending time with friends and family. I am also an avid swimmer and camper and love being outdoors regardless of the unpredictable Vancouver weather!
